   Throwing shoes at people is one of the biggest insults one can give in Iraq. When the statue of Saddam Hussein was toppled, Iraqis lined up to slap the fallen statue with the soles of their shoes. It is gratifying to see that at least one journalist in the world knows how to treat an evil imperialist. Would that American journalists had had the same conviction and fortitude years ago.
