WSJ:
Dana Perino, President George W. Bush’s last White House press secretary, will join Clinton administration adviser Mark Penn at public-relations firm Burson-Marsteller, where she will be “chief issues counselor.”
Mr. Penn, the firm’s CEO, said Ms. Perino’s experiences in Mr. Bush’s second term make her a valuable addition to the team of battle-tested public-relations veterans he is assembling. Mr. Penn writes a “Microtrends” column for The Wall Street Journal Online.
For those of you out there who supported Hillary Clinton during the Primaries, in case you weren’t aware, Mark Penn and his goonish cynicism, misguided strategy, and complete lack of awareness of the Democratic Party’s Primary process (he amazingly didn’t know that delegates are divided proportionally, and not in a winner-take-all fashion) were the number one reason Clinton lost the nomination (and therefore, let’s be honest, the presidency).
Dana Perino, on the other hand, was just bad at her job. Although I do recognize that there are few who could have succeeded at the job she had.

She may have been bad at her job, but she was smokin’! Not as smokin’ as Robert Gibbs–but she’s in the top five all time hottest Press Secretaries ever. Okay, top six.
Mark Penn was one of the primary reasons I could not support Hillary Clinton, another Dick Morris in the making! One was enough thank you very much!
