Hello work–erm, for some of you. Meanwhile, I’ll go ahead and hold down the ol’ Interweb–make sure you don’t miss nothin’…
I took a couple of days off of the Google Reader last week, and as usual, when I returned there were more posts than the Romans had a number for. The amazing thing is that they were all about the same two, or three, things: the Massachusetts election (still), the new Republican “Majority” (wtf?), and the Citizens United Supreme Court case. Blegh.
But, lucky me, I have more posts coming in that have absolutely nothing to do with politics. Here are some to get you started:
A bunch of informational charts about the Beatles. I know a couple of BRB players that probably have these on back order.
A cloud two-fer: First, deep thoughts on clouds; second, Gay For Clouds. I think that I just had a HiLo moment!
A post about the science of parking is cool, but I wonder if they’ve ever thought to enlist a slime mold in their traffic studies?
I doubt that many of you haven’t seen this yet, but it’s worth a shot: quantifying Twitter for the masses.
Also from GOOD, your digital camera is soooo yesteryear.
We started with charts, so we’ll end with maps.
Here’s the song I’m going to be living my life by today:
