Are you gonna do something? Or just stand there and bleed?
Probably by now you’ve heard that President Obama had a nice little chit-chat with House Republicans yesterday. For an hour and a half. In front of television cameras.
If you didn’t get a chance to see it, here’s a link to C-SPAN’s broadcast. It’s truly great political theatre.
Or, if you’d prefer to watch it here and the Agenda (since this is the only website you visit anyway), we’ve embedded it for your convenience:

I thought it was more like this:
Glad you posted this. I wish our politicians were at all concerned about their own process being reformed, but I wonder. I think Ghandi said something like, “You must first win by the rules before you can change them.” Winning battles along the way does not end the conflict. The Dems became too proud to see the game hadn’t been won, and I feel like it is because they haven’t played the game by the current rules well enough. So, while I feel like Obama is absolutely correct in his interest in working towards bipartisanship, I think it is premature to try to change the rules just yet. Enters Bruce Lee….
umm…these are actually videos of Scott Brown vs Democratic Party.
Not possible. As you’ll notice, the guys getting beat up are, for the most part, at least standing and moving around, instead of simply lying down and sticking their fingers in their ears.
You’re absolutely right. Substitute a mob of bad guys with a packet of wet Lornadoones.
